Offerworld, LLC (doing business as offerworldstore.com), (“offerworldstore” “we,” or “us”) offers services through which you can buy Products ( “Purchase”). You must agree to abide by the following terms in order to use the offerworldstore.com Website.

BY SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT, OR BY USING offerworldstore, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH MAY BE AMENDED AT ANY TIME BY POSTING THE AMENDED TERMS ON THEofferworldstore.com WEBSITE. ANY AMENDED TERMS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY ARE POSTED. offerworld LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your use of the offerworldstore.com Website if you do not comply with this Agreement or any other policy or procedure, or for any other reason we determine, in our sole discretion.

About These Terms. These terms govern any Product you purchase from offerworldstore.com Website. These terms, the terms that govern all applications included therein, which terms are located at offerworldstore.com, and any supplemental terms or policies that accompany a specific transaction, feature or application, collectively, make up an agreement between you and offerworldstore.com (the “Agreement”). You acknowledge that this Agreement is in electronic form and has the same force and effect as an agreement in writing. In this Agreement, the term “you” or “your” means an individual or entity exercising rights under this Agreement.

1. Requirements for Purchase. In order to complete a Purchase or to complete any other transaction with offerworldstore.com, you must: (i) Create an account with us; (ii) Provide true, up to date and accurate account information about yourself and any Product you Purchase from us; (iii) Comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement; (iv) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (v) Transact on behalf of yourself and not on behalf of others; and (vi) Be over eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements and to convey title and interest in any Product that you submit to us. offerworldstore.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and/or any transaction at any time in its sole discretion.

1.1. In order to receive any Product you Purchase, you must provide us with information including first and last name, email address at which you receive email, phone number, billing address, and a valid postal address at which you are able to receive mail (if different from the billing address). Payment details are processed securely through our third-party merchant processors (Stripe). On offerworldstore.com behalf, Stripe will process your payment for a Purchase and you are required to provide your applicable credit card number, expiration date and CVV code. offerworldstore.com will not receive or store your credit card information on our servers.

1.2. offerworldstore.com shall not be responsible for communication errors should your contact information be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for ensuring that you can receive emails from offerworldstore.com and offerworldstore.com is not responsible for any emails that were not received by you because they were blocked or filtered as spam.

1.3. Product Pricing – offerworldstore.com regularly adjusts prices based on a variety of factors, including market conditions and individual Product condition, and therefore does not price match with other Product sellers and does not provide price adjustments once a payment is complete. Prices for the same or similar Products may vary between the offerworldstore.com Websites and third-party marketplaces.

1.4. Product Availability – Products are not guaranteed to be available until the order for Purchase is accepted . Notwithstanding the foregoing, offerworldstore.com reserves the right to cancel any order for Purchase at any time prior to delivery of the Product for any reason. .

1.5. Partial Order Fulfillment – If an order can only be partially filled, all currently available Product(s) will ship, in one or multiple shipments, and offerworldstore.com will reimburse the payment of unavailable Product(s) not shipped to the original method of payment.

1.6. Technical Support – offerworldstore.com Customer Care is not a trained network or technical support provider, it is your responsibility to work with your wireless carrier or data provider to get the Product set up and functioning on the carrier network.

2. 30-Day Limited Warranty & Return Policy. At Offerworld LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we operate as an independent reseller, all warranties are provided directly by our store and not by the original product manufacturers. We offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty on all cellular devices, consumer electronics, and small home appliances subject to the terms below:

2.1. What is Covered?

This warranty covers hardware defects and operational failures that occur under normal use within thirty (30) days from the original date of delivery. If a product is proven to have a manufacturing defect during this period, we will, at our discretion, provide:

A free repair of the device/appliance.
A replacement with an identical or equivalent model.
A full or partial refund of the purchase price.

Battery Functionality: We guarantee that the battery in your pre-owned device is fully functional, charges properly, and holds a normal daily charge at the time of delivery. If the battery is completely dead, fails to charge, or is technically defective upon arrival, it is fully covered under this 30-day warranty.

2.2. What is NOT Covered? (Warranty Exclusions)

This warranty strictly covers internal hardware and software defects. It does not cover any damage resulting from user error, negligence, or accidents. The warranty is immediately voided if the product shows signs of:

Physical Damage: Drops, cracked screens, dents, broken parts, or housing damage.
Liquid Damage: Any exposure to water, moisture, or submersion, regardless of the manufacturer’s original water-resistance rating.
Unauthorized Alterations: Software jailbreaking, rooting, third-party repairs, or opening the physical housing of the device/appliance.
Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual battery degradation, cosmetic scratches, or minor scuffs from everyday use.
Usage compatibility with phone service providers not identified on the (cell phone) listing.
Damage caused by improper use of an adaptor/charger or voltage.
Battery Percentage and Natural Degradation: While battery functionality is guaranteed, we do not guarantee any specific maximum capacity percentage or health threshold. This warranty does not cover minor daily battery runtime variations or the natural, gradual degradation of the battery capacity that occurs after the purchase due to everyday usage.

2.3. Serial Number and IMEI Verification

To prevent fraudulent returns, we log the unique IMEI number (for cell phones) and Serial Number (for electronics and appliances) of every item shipped. To process any warranty claim or return, the unique identifier on the returned item must perfectly match our sales records. Any discrepancy will result in an immediate rejection of the claim.

2.4. Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

All merchandise return needs to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval prior to being shipped back.
Defective Items: If an item is verified to be defective under our warranty terms, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
“Buyer’s Remorse” Returns: If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind or no longer want it, the item must be returned unopened and in its original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund.
All units returned must in in their original physical condition and no (hardware or software) alteration performed to the device. For all returns, the refund shall not exceed 100% of the product cost. No consequential costs will be covered and paid.
We only accept returns from the 48 contiguous United States.

2.5. How to File a Claim

To return your product, you must request it by going to “My Account,” then “Orders,” identifying the desired order, and :

clicking on “Request Refund”
Write the reason for your refund
clicking on “Submit Request”

Once the department approves the request, a return label will be sent to you so that you can return the item or items.

2.6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within ten (10) business days.

2.7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

2.8. Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, it will depend on current inventory availability; otherwise, a refund will be issued if the return is approved.

2.9. Product Damage or Missing Upon Arrival Claim:

ALL claims pertaining to product damage or missing upon arrival shall be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours upon the delivery. Otherwise, such claims will not be accepted.

3. Product Availability and Eligibility. The availability and eligibility of Products changes frequently. offerworldstore.com determines, in its sole discretion, which Products are eligible for purchase or made available for sale by or through the offerworldstore.com Websites and for which eligible Products offerworldstore.com will provide an offer or make available for sell. offerworldstore.com may terminate the eligibility of certain Products at any time and without advanced notice, but such termination will not affect any Products for which you have already accepted an offer, which is good for thirty (30) days, except as set forth in Section 9 below. offerworldstore.com reserves the right to cancel any Purchase and refund any applicable purchase price actually received by offerworldstore.com at any time prior to delivery of the Product to You.

4. Condition Defined for Purchase. Smartphone Condition & Cosmetic Grading Guide

All devices categorized under Excellent, Good, and Fair are 100% fully functional, have passed our internal technical diagnostics, and feature the following network and security guarantees:

Clean IMEI: The device is not blacklisted, reported lost, or reported stolen.
No Account Locks: The device is completely cleared of iCloud, Google, or activation locks, allowing immediate user setup.

Grading Tiers:

Excellent (Grade A): The pre-owned device is in pristine, near-mint condition. It shows minimal to no visible signs of wear. The screen and body are free of deep scratches, and any micro-scratches are virtually unnoticeable. The display is clear with no screen burn-in.
Good (Grade B): The pre-owned device shows light, normal signs of wear from daily use. This includes minor surface scuffs, light nicks on the outer frame, or superficial surface scratches on the glass. The display may feature faint, minor screen burn-in (ghost images) that is barely noticeable during standard operation and does not affect visibility.
Fair (Grade C): The pre-owned device shows moderate to heavy cosmetic wear. This includes deeper scratches, highly visible scuffs, paint peeling, or small dings on the corners. The display may feature moderate screen burn-in (noticeable shadows or discoloration). The device remains fully functional with no cracked glass.
Poor (Grade D) The pre-owned device shows Severe Physical Defects: may present one or more significant physical defects, such as cracked or shattered front glass (with a perfectly responsive touchscreen), a cracked or missing rear glass panel, severe frame dents, small dead pixels/black spots on the screen that do not obstruct more than 15% of the total visibility, The display may feature high screen burn-in (ghost images)
Defective (Non-Functional / For Parts / As-Is): Pre-owned devices that fail internal diagnostic tests, have hardware malfunctions, or possess active software blocks, regardless of their cosmetic condition. A defective phone can look like a Grade A, B, C, or D device on the outside.
- Note: These pre-existing flaws are completely excluded from our standard 30-day warranty coverage and are sold strictly “As-Is.”

5. Product Valuation. All offers will be based on offerworldstore.com own determination of the Product value in reliance on the accuracy of the information you supply us. offerworldstore.com will use its discretion to determine the Product value, weighing factors that may include the Product’s model, functionality, and condition and whether necessary Product accessories have been provided by you. Upon receiving an offer, you have the option of accepting or rejecting that offer. Acceptance indicates you are willing to provide your Product to offerworldstore.com at the offered price. If you do not accept fferworldstore.com offer, the specific transaction expires. If after rejecting the offer you change your mind and want to accept the offer, you will need to open another transaction with us at which point, assuming the Product is still eligible for purchase, the new offer may be different as Product prices are subject to change.

6. If you return a Product to offerworldstore.com that you Purchased, you are responsible for the risk-of-loss for the Product until offerworldstore.com receives the Product. You are responsible for any damages that may occur to the Product while in transit back to offerworldstore.com.

7. Promotions. From time to time, and at offerworldstore.com offere sole discretion, offerworldstore.com may offer promotional programs as an incentive to customers. Promotions applicable to payments are applied as an increment to the final value of a customer’s Product, but they are not considered a change in that final value. Promotional programs have explicitly defined terms, including but not limited to, expiration, usage per person and per transaction, and other limitations and restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions must be applied by you before checkout. For the avoidance of doubt, once checkout is completed, promotions cannot be applied to the same transaction. offerworldstore.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or refuse promotions.

8. Accuracy of all Information. offerworldstore.com makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information you receive in relation to your Product. From time to time, however, there may be typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, pricing or other errors or omissions. As such, offerworldstore.com reserves the right, at any time prior to payment, Correct an error. (b) Change the offer or cancel the Purchase prior to your receipt of the Product.

9. Privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and disclose information about you.

10. Electronic Notices and Transactions. You agree to transact with us electronically, including without limitation, agreeing to terms and conditions or offering to sell your Product by electronic means. You authorize offerworldstore.com to provide you with terms and important notices aboutofferworldstore.com and your transactions to an email address you provide to us or by posting notices on an applicable page (or my account area) on offerworldstore.com. It is your duty to keep your email address accurate and up to date and to maintain a valid email address and to ensure that emails we send you are not filtered or stopped by spam filters or other types of email blocking functionalities. If you no longer desire to transact electronically with us, you may no longer use the offerworldstore.com Websites. You can retrieve and review this Agreement at offerworldstore.com.

11. Access. You are responsible for obtaining at your own expense all equipment and services needed to access and use the offerworldstore.com Websites and the offerworldstore.com Services, including all devices, Internet browsers and Internet access. If you access the offerworldstore.com Website through a mobile or wireless device, you are responsible for all fees that your carrier may charge you for data, text messaging and other wireless access or communications services.

12. Use of Services. By using offerworldstore.com Websites, you agree not to (i) access any of the offerworldstore.com Services by any means (including, without limitation, by use of scripts, web crawlers or similar methods) other than through the user interface provided by offerworldstore.com; and (ii) engage in any other activity that interferes with or disrupts the offerworldstore.com Services or performance of the offerworldstore.com Websites.

13. No Warranties. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE PROVIDE THE offerworldstore.com SERVICES AND WEBSITES “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THE IMPLIED CONDITIONS OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS THAT YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH offerworldstore.com WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

14. Points & Rewards Program

14a. Eligibility and Participation. The Points and Rewards Program is operated by OFFERWORLD LLC, a registered Pennsylvania LLC. Participation is entirely voluntary and available only to customers who create a registered store account on our website. Points cannot be earned on guest checkouts.

14b. Earning Points

Customers earn points based on qualifying purchases of cell phones, accessories, and small home appliances.
Points are calculated on the item subtotal before taxes and shipping fees are applied.
OFFERWORLD LLC reserves the right to modify the earning rate (e.g., X points per $1 spent) or offer promotional bonus point events at its sole discretion.

14c. Customer Loyalty Tiers

Our program features multi-tiered benefits based on your total qualified purchases. OFFERWORLD LLC reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, accumulation rates, and associated perks at any time.

Starter Member (Entry Level): Automatically enrolled upon account creation. Earns 3 points for every $100 spent (Equivalent to a $3 discount credit).
Basic Member: Earns 5 points for every $100 spent (Equivalent to a $5 discount credit).
VIP Member: Earns 7 points for every $100 spent (Equivalent to a $7 discount credit).
Diamond Member: Earns 10 points for every $100 spent (Equivalent to a $10 discount credit).
Elite Member: Earns 12 points for every $100 spent (Equivalent to a $12 discount credit).
Ultra Member (Premium Level): Earns 15 points for every $100 spent (Equivalent to a $15 discount credit).

(Note: One (1) reward point perfectly translates to one dollar ($1.00 USD) in store discount credit. Points are calculated strictly on the product subtotal before Sales Tax and shipping fees are added).

How to Qualify for Loyalty Tiers

Your Loyalty Tier status is calculated based on your Lifetime Accumulated Points earned.

Redeemed Points Still Count: It does not matter if you have already used or redeemed your points for discounts at checkout. The system tracks your total points earned to determine your tier, ensuring you never lose your status by saving money.
Exclusion of Cancellations and Refunds: Points count toward your tier qualification only from successfully completed orders. If an order is canceled, returned, or fully/partially refunded under our 30-day warranty, the points generated by that transaction will be permanently deducted from your lifetime tier progress. Fraudulent or reversed transactions will not count toward tier advancement.

Point Thresholds per Tier:

Starter Member: Entry level. 0 to 59 points accumulated. (Earns 3 points per $100 spent).
Basic Member: Achieved at 60 points accumulated. (Earns 5 points per $100 spent).
VIP Member: Achieved at 300 points accumulated. (Earns 7 points per $100 spent).
Diamond Member: Achieved at 1400 points accumulated. (Earns 10 points per $100 spent).
Elite Member: Achieved at 7000 points accumulated. (Earns 12 points per $100 spent).
Ultra Member: Achieved at 17000 points or more accumulated. (Earns 15 points per $100 spent).

14d. Value and Redemption Rate

Point Value: For the purpose of store discounts, one (1) reward point is equivalent to one dollar ($1.00 USD) in store credit.
Earning Threshold: Points are awarded based on your Loyalty Tier. For example, a Starter Tier member earns 3 point for every $100 spent on qualifying items (excluding Sales Tax and shipping).
Redemption Restrictions: Points possess no physical cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for currency or cash back. They can only be redeemed as electronic discounts on future purchases of cellular devices or small appliances on our website. Points cannot be used to pay for state taxes or shipping fees.

14e. Returns and Order Cancellations

Returns Under Our 30-Day Warranty: If a product is returned for a refund, the points earned from that original purchase will be automatically deducted from your account balance.

14f. Important Earning Restrictions (No Points on Point-Redeemed Orders)

Point Redemption Restriction: To protect our pricing and margin structure, points cannot be earned on any order where points are being used or redeemed at checkout.
How it Works: If you choose to apply your accumulated points to get a discount on a purchase (such as a cell phone or appliance), that entire transaction becomes completely ineligible for earning new points. You will not receive any points for the remaining physical cash balance paid on that specific order. Points will only be generated on transactions where you pay the full amount without redeeming your reward points.

14g. Expiration and Forfeiture

All earned points will automatically expire twelve (12) months from the date they were credited to your account if there has been no account activity.
OFFERWORLD LLC reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Points and Rewards Program at any time with or without prior notice. In the event of program termination, all unredeemed points will be immediately forfeited.

14h. Points Allocation. Points earned from your purchases will not be applied to your account immediately at checkout. Points will be credited and reflected in your customer account only after the order status has been updated to “Completed” (once the item has been successfully shipped).

14i. Referral Program Terms

Eligibility: Registered customers are automatically assigned a unique referral link available in their customer dashboard.
Reward Criteria: Rewards (points, coupons, or free items) are only issued when a new customer completes a valid, paid transaction using an official referral link.
Cookie Dependence: The tracking relies on browser cookies. If a referred friend clears their cookies, uses a different browser, or fails to complete the checkout via the link, the system cannot log the referral, and rewards cannot be manually applied.
Fraud Prevention: We strictly prohibit self-referrals, creating multiple fake accounts, or using matching payment/IP addresses to claim rewards. We reserve the right to audit transactions, void points, or suspend accounts violating these anti-fraud terms

14j. Fraud and Abuse. Any abuse of the program, failure to follow terms, or misrepresentation (including creating multiple accounts to farm points) will result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

15. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless offerworldstore.com and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation or breach of any terms under this Agreement. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and, in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

16. Entire Agreement/No Waiver. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. The captions are used only as a matter of convenience and are not to be considered a part of this agreement or be used in determining the intent of the parties to it. No waiver by offerworldstore.com of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

17. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies. The offerworldstore.com Websites and any correspondence related to a transaction may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. offerworldstore.com therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. fferworldstore.com does not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions will be corrected.

18. Modification.offerworldstore.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If you do not agree to the changes, you may discontinue using the offerworldstore.com Websites. Your continued use of any offerworldstore.com Website after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance to such changes.

19. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL offerworldstore.com, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT of OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED. offerworldstore.com’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO offerworldstore.com FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

20. Geographic Restrictions and Domestic Shipping. We make no representations that the website or its products are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States. We only offer shipping services to physical addresses located within the United States. We do not provide international shipping, and we reserve the right to cancel any order that requests shipping to an address outside the United States.

21. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Class Action Waiver. This Agreement and your use of offerworldstore.com shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly disclaimed and shall not apply to this Agreement.

22. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your use of the website, or international purchases shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania (Harrisburg Division). You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum (forum non conveniens).

23. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND offerworldstore.com AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS-WIDE LAWSUIT OR ARBITRATION.
