Grade A

  • Excellent cosmetic level, and little to no signs of previous use
  • Negligible scratches and blemishes.
  • Tested and fully functional with clean imei and no user locks.

Grade B

  • Good; minor signs of use, Light wear and tear.
  • There is light scuffing on the bezel and minor scratches on the case. It can be on the body as a result of gentle use.
  • May have one or several light scratches that do not catch a fingernail or tool. No cracks present on the device or display.
  • No LCD/Touch panel cracks but light burrs are acceptable
  • Tested and fully functional with clean imei and no user locks.

Grade C

  • Fair / Heavily Used
  • More aggressive wear and tear.
  • Noticeable cosmetic flaws. The phone will have visible scratches, dents, or scuffs.
  • Moderate burrs/dents are acceptable.
  • Tested and fully functional with clean imei and no user locks.

Grade D

  • Heavy cosmetic damage with cracks on the LCD/Touch panel
  • It might have a crack in the back cover
  • Will have excessive damage on multiple surface areas and cracks on the display cover lens.
  • Tested and fully functional with clean imei and no user locks.
